My Experience with the App
I scanned the QR code, which took me directly to the Google Play Store. A quick tap and the Lotusmiles app was installing.
Heads up, the app first launched in Vietnamese for me.
But it was easy to switch the language to English—just tap the settings icon on the far right of the bottom menu.
As an existing Lotusmiles member, logging in was a snap.
I did notice a few screens that remained in Vietnamese even after I switched languages, which took a second to navigate, but the overall experience was very smooth.
While exploring, I stumbled upon a cool feature that lets you earn miles just by tracking your daily steps!
For anyone who flies Vietnam Airlines with any regularity, downloading this app is a no-brainer.
